
Our 67% Madagascar dark chocolate offers a strong cocoa taste with subtle hints of raspberry, juniper and apricot. This chocolate is produced with a blend of Criollo, Forastero and Trinitario cocoa beans, all from Madagascar.
Simply put 1 tablespoon of drinking chocolate flakes into 250ml of hot milk and stir until fully melted. If you have a milk frother, add the chocolate flakes to the cold milk and froth. Top with marshmallows for a wonderful hot chocolate experience!
